This class is a more advanced class for ages 6+. No prior experience necessary.

When? Sundays, 10AM - 1PM

What's in Store?

• Vocal Training & Singing: Students learn vocal techniques, breath control, and how to sing different genres with expression. They will sing an eclectic mix of songs from popular musicals and artists, building vocal strength, stamina and range.

• Choreography & Dance: Young people work on dance routines that are both fun and challenging, improving coordination, rhythm, and physical expression while learning key styles used in the theatre and dance industry.

• Acting & Character Development: Explore acting through scene work, character building, and improvisation. Learn how to express emotions, use body language, and bring characters to life on stage.

• Skills Development: Each class will include a 1 hour boot camp, honing the technical skills needed to become a rounded performer in all disciplines.

• Teamwork & Collaboration: Theatre is all about working together, and students develop important teamwork skills as they rehearse, support one another, and work towards a common goal.

• Self Development: Alongside performance techniques, students will explore and develop a range of soft skills, including: confidence, discipline, focus, communication, empathy, creativity and adaptability.

 

Individual feedback will be given to encourage improvement, individuality and to ensure they are reaching their full capacity.

Students will emerge from each class not only as better performers but as more confident, creative, and capable individuals ready to face any challenge with a positive attitude.
