Watling Spaces, Leadgate
In 1938 THE ROXY opened as a cinema which was loved and cherished by its community. Later being converted to a bingo hall in 1963. She closed her doors in 1985 and has stood derelict since. Watling Spaces CIC is regenerating the entire building into a Fully Accessible Community Arts Venue.

New College Durham is a further and higher education college and a sixth form college in County Durham, England. It was founded in 1977 as a result of a merger between Neville's Cross College of Education and Durham Technical College.
