Allsorts Dance Training Programme
Technique. Conditioning. Multi-style development.
Designed for dancers who want to improve faster, get stronger, and build real technique. Taught by professional dancers and choreographers. Structured for progression - not exams or competitions.

The Programme
Foundation (Develop)
A strong start for dancers to build confidence, control, and technical skill.
Technique
Dancers develop key movement skills including turns, leaps, kicks, jumps, and coordinated combinations, alongside posture, alignment, balance, and dynamic control. Classes combine centre work, travelling progressions, floor exercises, and short combinations to apply skills across different dance styles.
Body Conditioning
Conditioning is embedded, focusing on core strength, flexibility, stamina, and overall body awareness. This helps dancers move safely, reduce injury risk, and build the physical capability needed for continued progression into more advanced classes.
Advanced (Refine)
For experienced dancers refining technique, artistry, and performance quality at a higher level.
Technique
Dancers refine and expand their technical ability through structured training across a range of dance styles and approaches. Work focuses on complex movement vocabulary including turns, leaps, kicks, extensions, and extended combinations, with a strong emphasis on precision, coordination, musicality, and performance quality.
Classes feature advanced centre work, travelling progressions, floor material, and longer choreographed sequences to develop versatility and performance clarity.
Body Conditioning
Targeted conditioning supports the physical demands of advanced work, enhancing strength, core stability, flexibility, stamina, and control. It also aids jumps, turns, extended combinations, and injury prevention, preparing dancers for high-level training.
Conditioning forms part of our weekly timetable and is included within the Training Programme
How We Structure Our Classes
Age ranges are provided as a guide, with placement based on skill and experience to ensure each dancer is appropriately challenged.
Our programme is structured by ability rather than age, allowing dancers to train at the right level for their development. This ensures they are supported and challenged within a focused environment alongside peers - helping to build confidence, strength, and technical ability.
This approach also supports true individual progression - enabling younger dancers with advanced ability to move forward, while older beginners can develop at a pace that best supports their growth.
