"The Performer"
Rebecca Lightburn
Rebecca gained a musical theatre scholarship to the prestigious Performers College in Essex, graduating in 2020.
Since then, she has worked across stage and screen, with credits including Mission: Impossible 8, ITV’s Pride of Britain Awards, Sky Sports’ The Rugby Clash, and international adverts for Yubo and The Mix. Theatre highlights include lead roles in Rapunzel, Alice in Wonderland, The Little Mermaid, Snow White, and Cinderella (RSP), swing/understudy in Aladdin (The Customs House), and Mrs. Vernon-Williams in Crybaby. She has also contributed to the development of new musicals such as Snowflake and Generations.
As a director and choreographer, Rebecca has collaborated with leading creatives in theatres and schools across the UK.

"The Producer"
Reece Sibbald
Since founding Reece Sibbald Productions in 2006, Reece has worked across the UK as a producer, director, writer, and performer.
He has written over 250 professional scripts and produced national tours including The Wind in the Willows and The Wizard of Oz. His recent pantomimes have broken box office records across the North East. As a performer, Reece has appeared in nine productions at Newcastle’s Theatre Royal, notably as the award-winning Baby Bear in Goldilocks and the Three Bears and Mr Tock in Beauty and the Beast.
Passionate about nurturing local talent, Reece has enabled over 2,000 young people to perform in professional shows.

"The Creative"
Rebecca Sweet
Rebecca Sweet comes from a conservation and science background, with an MSc in Primate Conservation and a degree in Animal Conservation. Currently a university lecturer in primatology and education, she is set to begin her PhD in 2026.
Despite her academic focus, Rebecca has always had a creative spark. Her passion for the arts began in school, where she and Creative Allsorts co-founder Rebecca Lightburn collaborated on skits and music videos.
She's excited to reignite that creativity and help develop a vibrant range of projects with Creative Allsorts.

"The Designer"
Ashley Bell
Ashley trained in Music Technology and Production at Newcastle College and has worked in the entertainment industry for over 25 years.
He runs FX Productions, a technical production company behind countless events, theatre shows, festivals, concerts, tours, and pantomimes across the UK. Career highlights include over two decades of technical production, lighting, and sound design for professional pantomimes, as well as Lighting and Video Designer for Joe McElderry’s tours since 2019, and Production Designer for Stormin’ the Castle since 2003.
Other credits include Dirty Dusting UK Tour (2013–2023), The Cinder Path UK Tour, and lighting for Mark Ronson Live (BBC Radio 1) and Kings of Leon UK Tour (2022).

"The General Dogsbody"
Lucy
Lucy the cockapoo is the official mascot of Creative Allsorts - and arguably the top dog of the team.
With a background in cuddles, tail wags, and stage door snoozing, Lucy brings boundless pawsitivity to every project.
A seasoned pro at boosting morale, she’s always ready to lend a paw (or steal the spotlight). Whether she’s supervising rehearsals or snoozing under the desk, Lucy keeps things fur-bulous behind the scenes.
She’s proud to be part of the pack and can’t wait to be involved in more pup-coming productions.
