Allsorts in a Tangle

Come along and join our brand new dance project, Allsorts in a Tangle!

This exciting weekly programme explores a variety of dance styles, with participants working towards performing as the Junior Ensemble in the professional production of Rapunzel at The Roxy Theatre, Leadgate.

 

Open to ages 8+, and welcoming both new and existing students.

What’s Included?

• 6 weekly classes

• 2 hours each (12 hours total)

• Professional rehearsal

• Performance opportunity in a fully staged theatre production

• A minimum of 2 live performances

The project is choreographed by Rebecca Lightburn and directed by Reece Sibbald, giving students a genuine insight into working in a professional production environment.

Performance Details

The show runs across four performances over two days.
To keep things manageable and enjoyable for the children, each participant will perform in 2 of the 4 shows (one per day).

Weekly Classes:
🗓 Thursdays, 5PM - 7PM

📍 The Fulforth Centre, Sacriston

Rehearsal:
🗓 16th April, 1PM - 3PM
📍 Pelton Community Centre

Performances:
🗓 Friday 17th & Saturday 18th April
📍 The Roxy Theatre, Leadgate

Cost

£85 per participant

As a Community Interest Company, this project is run at cost and not for profit, keeping fees as affordable as possible. Payment plans are available - just get in touch to discuss options.
