Develop your performance skills, confidence, and creativity in a supportive, flexible 121 coaching environment. Lessons are available for children and young people (6+) and adults. Lessons are offered in 30-minute and 60-minute bundles, designed to suit busy schedules while encouraging consistent progress. Whether you’re a beginner or looking to refine your technique, lessons are tailored to your goals across singing, acting, acting-through-song, or other creative subjects. If you’d like a 121 session in a specific area, get in touch - we can create a personalised coaching plan to suit your interests and schedule. Get in touch to request alternative time slots or one off sessions. Sessions are released when available.

Cancellation Policy
All coaching classes are offered in pre-paid bundles. Bundles encourage regular progress and allow flexible scheduling. Lesson lengths available: 30-minute lessons 60-minute lessons Lessons are not sold on a pay-as-you-go basis. Booking & Scheduling: Lessons are booked at mutually agreed times Bundles do not require a fixed weekly slot Scheduling is flexible within the bundle validity period Lesson availability is limited and allocated on a first-come basis Bundle Validity: To support consistency and effective progress, all bundles have a validity period: 6-lesson bundles are valid for 10 weeks 12-lesson bundles are valid for 20 weeks The validity period begins from the date of purchase. All lessons must be booked and taken within the validity period. Any unused lessons will expire at the end of this time. Cancellations & Missed Lessons: Lessons cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be deducted from the bundle. Missed lessons without notice are also deducted. Lessons cancelled with more than 24 hours’ notice may be rescheduled within the validity period. This policy allows lesson slots to be managed fairly and consistently. Illness & Exceptional Circumstances: I understand that illness and unexpected events can occur. In cases of genuine illness or emergency, please get in touch as soon as possible. Extensions or adjustments may be offered at my discretion. Room Hire & Teaching Space: Lessons take place in a hired teaching space. For this reason, late cancellations cannot be refunded or credited. Payments: All bundles must be paid in advance. Payments secure your lesson credit but do not guarantee specific time slots. Bundles are non-refundable. Contact & Communication: If you have questions about bookings, scheduling, or policies, please get in touch - clear communication helps lessons run smoothly for everyone. Rate Reviews & Changes: Lesson rates are reviewed from time to time to ensure lessons remain sustainable and high quality. Any changes will be shared in advance and will only apply to future bookings. Existing bundles will always be honoured at their original rate. These policies are designed to balance flexibility with consistency, ensuring a positive and sustainable learning experience for all students.
